My prices are based on my 10+ years of art experience, my skill level, and my life situation, as well as cost of materials for physical commissions. I will not take colored commissions for less than $25 unless they're in a super simple style, so please do not ask. TERMS OF SERVICE

GENERAL INFORMATION

• Payment: I currently only accept payment via Ko-Fi, Venmo, or Stripe. Payment is required up front; if I can't finish the commission, I'll refund you depending on how much of the commission I was able to finish.
• Refunds: Refunds are dependent on how much of your commission I've finished. Full refunds are offered if I haven't started the commission yet. If I've finished the sketch, the refund is 75%, if I've finished the lineart, the refund is 50%, etc.
• Changes: I can make adjustments to the commissioned work. Small changes are free; major changes after the lines and color are done will cost a bit more, depending on the revision that needs to be made.
• Communication: I am mostly active on Telegram and Discord. I am open to using other contact methods; just let me know your preferred contact method and I'll see what I can do! Additionally, I'll update you during each stage of the process (sketch, lineart, color, shading). You can ask me for updates between these ones though!
• Credit: Please do not remove credit from the art itself, and please credit me when/if you post the art.
• Turnaround time: Turnaround varies depending on what my queue looks like, but shouldn't be more than two weeks. If your commission will take more than two weeks, I'll make sure you know about it.
• References:I require a proper reference sheet and, in some cases, a separate color palette. If you cannot provide me with a proper reference, I am not at fault for inaccuracies in the design. If commissioning a custom design from me, please have a moodboard, color palette, or basic idea of what you want the character to look like before commissioning me.

DIGITAL ART COMMISSIONS

• Technology issues: Occasionally my art program will crash or my tablet will glitch. I will let clients know when this happens; please be patient with me when it does!
• Use: Regular commissions are only for personal use. Commercial use can be granted at an additional price.
• NSFW: I am open to NSFW commissions; however, I may reject a request if I'm uncomfortable drawing a specific scenario. I may also ask for age verification on NSFW commissions.

TRADITIONAL ART COMMISSIONS

• Disability: I have Ehlers-Danlos syndrome, which can sometimes make it difficult for me to draw. Traditional art makes this issue worse, and as a result it may take me longer to finish traditional commissions compared to digital ones.
• Shipping: Shipping is included in the commission price.
• NSFW: I do not currently take traditional NSFW commissions. This may change at some point, but as of now I don't take traditional NSFW commissions.
• Color: If I am not confident that I'll be able to accurately depict your character in a traditional commission, I will either reject the commission or, in the case of badge commissions, offer to do the art digitally and print it.

CHARACTER DESIGNS

• Rights: Once a character design is sold, the buyer has all rights to the design and you are free to do whatever you want with it.
• Payment: In the case of pre-made designs not being sold on Ko-Fi, I require payment within 24 hours. If you do not pay for the design within 24 hours, I will relist the adopt.
